How is this effect done?
Does anybody know how this effect is done? It looks like it might possibly be an earthquake filter? Not sure how they are creating the RGB split either.
They are throughout this video but the first one is at around 16 seconds.

I use Gen Arts Sapphire for this effect – its called Film Roll. However there will be other plug in’s that do pretty much the same kind of transition.
Check out Sapphire film roll and it should set you in the right direction for others too.best wishes

That’s what I was thinking. I actually have twitch and have used for other things but they use that effect so much in that show they would practically have to edit in After Effects. Thanks!
