    Hello,

I’m not sure this is the proper forum to post this question, but I figure this is an effect that would be accomplished in aftereffects anyways.

This video has a weird color filter effect: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kmm3tvoUKTg

Any ideas how this is accomplished? I was thinking a zoomed in lens flare or something, but i really have no idea. Even a point in the right direction or a better place to look would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Nathan

That is a light leaks(or film burn, film damage – if you decide to google)effect, any number of ways that film could get light on them before being developed would produce effects like that, now people just add them for fun.

Check out this thread, couple of different solutions to achieve this effect.
