    hello people..
    i have premiere CS3 and i have footage of DV PAL and NTSC
    i want to edit them in the same project and timeline..
    how i do this??

    You need to convert the footage to either one or the other prior to bringing it in Premiere, and it obviously has to match the type of project you are working in.

    Try Tmpgenc Express, it’s the best bang for your bucks in my experience.

    You can put footage with different frame rates and frame sizes on the same timeline, however you probably won’t be pleased with the result.

    Do as Vince recommends.
