It would be easier if you would be more specific- give timecodes or explain the effects one should look for.
I presume you are wondering about the scratches, cuts, stitches and bruises that appear and disappear on the singer as the shot goes on for the whole length of the song.
There’s a lot of planning involved. The points in the song where the effects should come in are carefully planned and the singer is careful to reveal that part of his face to the camera and to “wipe away” with his hand the effect that will be applied later. Then, using the same light and camera, makeup is applied and the look of the scratches, cuts, stitches and bruises is created and shot in similar head positions. Tracking comes into play. Patches are created from the images with the cuts… and then animated and applied to the singer with tracking data applied. I am sure that there may be a few other tricks involved but that’s the big picture.
