I have the Timeline already edited… but found that I need to cut about one minute in the begining. If I cut it, the 2& 3 audio tracks and the inserts of the 2&3 video tracks will stay at the specific position while the cutted tracks will go one minute back losing the sync.
The question is: how I cut this all together to keep all tracks in sync??

Cut all of the tracks. Or, just move the beginning of the workarea and export just the workarea.
