What do you mean you have a scale model? Do you mean a picture of a model? You just scale in in photoshop. Beyond that, I’m not sure what you mean.

i have a scale 1/144 model kit and i plan to scan the parts and have them resized and made larger to scale 1/100. i need to know how make the scale 1/144 into the large scale size 1/100. i know that 1/144 is %100 the size image and i want to be able to increase the size of the image without any guess work.

mmmm i know, i’ll increase the current scale by 44% i should be able to get the size i want. does that sound right?

As long as you scan everything at 100% and scale them the smae percentage, you should be ok. As far as you math? I have no idea.
