    If you make it yourself, not with a plug-in, how do you do it? I usually find the edges of my alpha with a find edges effect, spread it with the minmax filter, blur it and use that as a luma matte to an adjustment layer above my forground layer. Problem with this is that it blurs everything below your forground aswell. Only way way that I have found to get around it is to pre-comp your forground and apply the egdge blur in a pre. Really annoying. Must be better alternatives?
