I work on a show that has to go out every week. 5 episodes of 5 1-hr shows. There’s like 4 different markets where the shows have to be slightly different. So ultimately, like 20 1-hr shows need to be sent to different places every week.

Currently we ship thumb drives via snail mail. This seems pretty caveman these days when we have an inter web. But I have noticed that just trying to upload to different FTPs will kill half the week on the computer. Anybody know any slick solutions?

I’ve heard of distribution companies like Centaur. Do they work with big stations taking uploads from whomever, or do they work with big production companies who have to send a lot, and send it to whomever?

Or do people who are big internet senders host their own ftp and get the stations to download it from you?

    Thanks!
