How do you create DCDM and DSM packages that are DCI compliant?

I’ve researched pretty extensively and am wondering if there is a recommended software for the creation of DCI compliant DCDM and DSM packages? In EasyDCP, it can create DCDM like files and in Premiere you can output DPX sequences, but I have a large job coming up where they want a large variety of deliverables including DCI compliant DCDM and DSM packages. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks in advance.
