How do you convert an STL to an XML so i can use subs in FCP
I need to take an STL sub file and convert the document to an XML so i can shift the subs in FCP before i export them and authoring can be done. The reason i need to take the subs into FCP is because the subs came from a PAL DVD and now i have to realign them in FCP with my now NTSC video…
I basically need a program like title change that will convert STL to a readable FCP stream like XML’s
If anyone could help me it would be really appreciated.

Hi Brandon,
You may have a look at my TitleExchange (https://www.spherico.com/filmtools/TitleExchange/index.html)
It will allow you to convert the STL (in case it’s a Spruce Text STL) directly from 25 to 30 frames.
It also can convert the STL to FCP XML.Hope that helps
