How do viral advertisers follow their quicktimes on the web?
I was reading about viral advertisers releasing quicktimes out into the world and they can see how many times it’s viewed even when it’s not on their servers. even after people have emailed it to each other several times. Anybody know how this is done?

One might embed URL meta data at the end of the video stream, launching the default browser to a page with a counter.
