I’m interested in making a tutorial – something like how they make the Cow Podcasts or Total Training videos.

How is this acheived? Taping the monitor? or Flash into After Effects?

How do you record your actions on the screen?

The easy way out – I can think of is using something like SNAPZ PRO X.
and recording – then importing into AE or FCP…

Please let me know what you guys think.

    Cheers-
    Jason

This question has been asked and answered many times. It is linked in the “common questions” sticky post at the top of the page and there are many additional answers to be found using the search engine.

There is a program called Camtasia which allows one to record the screen. However, it looks like most of the Cow folks particularly Aahron Rabinowitz(who makes great tuts), somehow transfer the screen capture to Flash.

I couldn’t find that in the “stickies” above, but I was probably looking in the wrong place.
