  How do I use compressor 2 to get an m4v file for podcasting?

  Hi,
  I can use quicktime to get an .m4v but it doesn’t allow me to play around with the frame rate and quality settings. Is there a way to do this in compressor and output an .m4v?
  Any help appreciated.
