  How do I resize a video from 960×540 to 450×380? Using FCPX and Compressor.

  Hi –
  I have 15 videos created at 960×540 and need to resize them to 450×380 (black background for empty space is ok, but cropping is not going to work b/c of all the Motion graphics I’ve added). I can’t find the answer in FCPX or Compressor 4. Suggestions? Is there other software that I can purchase that will do this?
