How do i put a effect in at a certain time of a clip in Adobe
When i put a effect onto my movie clip on adobe after effects
( Example i import a movie file and lets just say add a cc lightray effect.. )how do i make the cc light ray effect come on at a certain time in the video like maybe go on and off on and off.
I hope this makes sense ,

You use keyframes… to control the properties.
Or an adjustment layer and trim its handles to start and stop where you want
