How do I perform this VFX
Hey guys I need some assistants here on trying to perform this effect in the video provided. I know it uses Trapcode Form, but I don’t know how to get that shape and consistency like the video, and screenshot.

You can do that with the Fractal Noise effect and some layering and tweaking. This Video Copilot tutorial on how to make shockwaves lays out the process pretty well.
