How do I get out of show track?
How do I get back to the view in the animation window where you can see all the objects?
This is what my time line looks like at the moment. How do I get back to the way it was before I turned on show track please?

Got it! Click in the timeline viewer in Key mode (not f-curve mode) and press alt-A
