How do I get my Video Back?
I went wrong when making my Video because when entering Pan/Crop on a clip, I could only move the clip left and right, not up and down, so I decided to go out and press Shift+Ctrl, now I’ve lost my video and I would really like it back. Is there a way?

What do you mean when you say lost my video?
Did the clip disappear, did Vegas crash? -
It didn’t crash, I just went wrong and had no idea how to undo my error, so I searched online but unfortunately I couldn’t find the solution so I had to use the Shift+Ctrl, and when I got back on Sony Vegas, it was like it had no record of my videos.
I have found it though amongst my recieved files, though thank you for trying to help and sorry for wasting your time, I should of notified that I had resolved my problem.
