How Do I Get Multiple Video Formats to One Size?
I am new to Premiere….so, thanks for the help!
I have several files from different cameras submitted by individuals. They have different resolutions and it is wreaking havoc on my output. My previous software automatically adjusted the video to fit the screen.
How do I get Premiere to do that and at the best quality?

Right click clip in timeline and select “Scale to frame size”. This will scale the longest edge to your format size. This may cause some letterboxing depending on the aspect ratio.
Alternatively go to the Effects Panel > Motion and you can scale accordingly if you need to crop to avoid letterboxing.

Also you can have all scaled to sequence frame size automatically by selecting this option in the general tab of preferences BEFORE you import all the clips to the proyect pannel. And as Angelo says, you´ll have to adjust manually all the clips with different aspect ratio with the Motion effect in the timeline.
