  • How do i get fog environment element to constrain itself to a cube OR BOX

Posted by Gary Neville on August 12, 2009 at 4:31 am

Hi all I am creating a scene for a new boat mooring system and I have to start above water at the boat and then pan down through the water to show the mooring system. I’m having problems getting the underwater shot looking right and but was getting there when I used a fog environment element but i can’t seem to constrain it just to the underwater.

So my question: how do i get fog to constrain itself to a cube.

    Any help would appreciated

    Regards Gary

The environment object is scene-wide. Instead, use a material on the box with the fog channel active.
