    Hi there,
I need to make my images broadcast safe – there are a few hot spots on our actors` heads where the light was set too bright. I know that a yellow exclamation mark indicates that either luminance or chroma is a problem but how do i know which is really the problem? How do i fix it? Any advice will be deeply appreciated.Thank you

It’s showing you Excess Luma, if you want to turn that warning off click the third tab at the top of your FCP canvas, uncheck “Show Excess Luma.” To fix for broadcast, use the “broadcast safe filter” located in your effects folder.

    Effects> Video Filters> Color Correction> Broadcast Safe
