How do I crop the top of the screen?
I’m trying to use the pan/crop tool to trim down the top of the screen a little and
I can’t seem to work out how to do this. It’s cropping all 4 sides. Is there a way to crop
only top, bottom, left or right?Also, I’m doing a picture in picture and the top few lines of the screen are flickering,
I want to crop them out as well. Any ideas on how to do this?Using Vegas 5

On the left side, change “Maintain Aspect” to NO. Just play around with the various settings there.

Flickering: Hi I would be interesed if you find how to stop the flickering.
I want to put together a montage and can not get the photos as steady as a rock. I have resized the image, reduced the reolution (noted the image usually streches a little when resizing) checked Interlace Flicker, added a little Gaussian Blur. And there is still a little flicker when Panning and Zooming in on the Image.
No panning or zooming and the photos are nice and steady.
