How do I create perspective when I resize a video?
I’m trying to place a video within an image of a billboard on FCP, but I can’t figure out how to match the perspective of the billboard (still image) when I resize the video to fit.

If you must use FCP instead of a program that does it better, you’ll use the distort properties in the motion tab.

Motion will get you the perspective for corner pinning but if the image is static, all you need is the distortion tool in FCP. See the manual.
