How do I create a menu on a company CD?
How would I make a menu for the home page of a company video? Can I do this on Sony Vegas? If not, what program would work the best for this application?

… in the past I used Macromedia Director for CD-ROMs with menus containing mpeg or QT videos, but now for CD, DVD-ROM I use flash…. if it’s going to be on the web FLV or MP4 are the best video formats…off course maybe you can prepare a DVD with menus (creating an mpeg2 file in Vegas)….
I use Vegas for editing & producing the final video, but the “authoring” section (menus, etc.) it has to be done in another application…. even for DVD-video (DVD architect for example…)
