How do I Conform 29.97 EDL to 23.98 EDL out of FCP5.0?!?

Can you step me through the process of Converting using Cinema tools a little more? I’m very unfamiliar to it.
And this will create a HD23.98 Sequence that I can capture 23.98 HD source from?

Can you step through the conform process using cinema tools a little more. I’ve never used it before.

Under the file menu in Cinema Tools, export, converted edl, 24 fps from 30 fps, point at the EDL you want to convert.

It’s always good to run through the menus on a program, and see what’s there, and what’s in the submenu. If you don’t understand what’s there, then you can use help or the manual.
