    If there is no audio that you care about in the files, I would just use Cinema Tools and conform the files to 25P.

    If you need to keep the audio, I’d suggest Nattress Standards Converter. I’ve never been very impressed with how Compressor does frame rate conversions.

    Are there any big problems in converting NTSC to PAL?

    We have a DVD on the US market and are looking to expand to Europe and Asia where PAL is the DVD standard.

    If the PAL conversion is not too big of a hassle, we’ll do it.
