how can you move a sequence of still images all at once in final cut?
I’m making an animation in Final Cut, and I have a bunch of still PSD files.
If the image is in the wrong place with respect to the background, I want to be able to move it, but I can’t move them all at once (and if I do it one by one they stutter)…I tried highlighting all the images and moving that, it didn’t work, and then I tried making a composition in Aftereffects but the problem is the background shows up black when I do that.
So if I have a bunch of images files and I want to move all of them to the exact same place in Final Cut, how I do it? -

Have you tried placing the images in a Nest? That way they live together as a group and can be moved around together without effecting the background layer.

Victor’s is a good advice, but I think would be even easier for you to compact the sequence as a QT movies.
