    I was working on a project and i thought it would be really cool if i could morph one thing to another using after effects. I was just wondering if you guys could help me out with this

    There was a sheep morph tutorial here somewhere. Search tutorials.

    Use the Distort –> Reshape effect. There is a tutorial here at the COW and it’s also one of the few effects that is halfway decently covered in the manual. For more control you need to buy ReFlex, just as Chris said.
