  • How can you add a new expression on a keyframe?

Posted by Unit_9 on August 1, 2007 at 8:34 am

I’ve got an expression that’s running the length of the timeline and I either want to add a new expression to that expression, which continues straight after the last one completes, or I need to create a new expression on a new keyframe.

Can anyone tell me how I can do that?

    Cheers! 🙂

Expressions are only applied to a parameter. You will need to use some Expression controls to turn off expressions and other back on. There are ways to trigger expressions based on keyframes but that may not be what you need. But without knowing exactly what you want to do this is just speculative.

Check the After Effects Expression Forum and search for slider control.
