Hello I’m new to using Final Cut Pro Express, And i was wondering how do I make it so that i can view footage from four different cameras at the same time?

This is something that FCP does much better with Multiclip but for express you have to do it the old school way.

Sync them up on different layers in the timeline, then scale each one down to 50% then put one upper left, another upper right, and so on. Unless you have a fairly fast hard drive system it is going to hard to pull four streams of video.
