    Tried The Nero, And what I got is, File Format Not Suppoted.Got any idea what am I am doing wrong?

    If, for some reason, you copy-protected your dvd you would need to decrypt the dvd first.
    Once you have the VOB files on your hard drive you would likely need to have an MPEG2 codec installed and available in Premiere.
    Main Concept MPEG Pro can accommodate this.
    You may need to change the file extension of the source files from VOB to MPG (VOBs are MPGs).
    MPEG doesn’t edit well, as it’s very processor intensive.
    I’d recommend decompressing the MPEGs before editing. I use AVS Video Converter for decompression, but any decompression app will do.

    Another option is to import the DVD files using Premiere Elements. It will accept VOB files but I have seen some lip synch issues if there is more than one VOB file. The lip synch error sometimes shows up on files after the first one.
