You probably cant.

Typically that file is in use and the communication with that file gets messed up, resulting in that file getting messed up. It can also happen when the file is being copied to another drive.

Your best hope is to try to open an AutoSave and hopefully you do not have to redo to much work.

Also, try duplicating and renaming the original file and open that copy.
