    Hi there

Basically I have a composition that is running fine with a few movements in, but then I want to bring a bird flying, and I have traced on a video and so have about 200 brush strokes on the video layer, but as soon as I bring that in it just takes ages to do anything. Would it help if I copied the brush strokes to a plain solid, does the video they are on slow it down much, or is it just the fact there are 200 brushstrokes? If I precompose them would that help, so they are just a composition and not a layer full of brush strokes…I dont know, I just need to do my work and its impossible when this layer is in!

    cheers

    dan
