I’m curious as to how I could replicate this style of motion graphics used in this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhRbX4qRt8I
Do any of you guys have any idea how I could do something like this? I’m talking specifically about the moving line/stroke thingy without the animated fish/flowers etc.

I would try using a particle generator, like Trapcode Particular
If you have particular, here are some free presets people have made that might help give you a good starting point.
