    We don’t know what version of the software you are using.

    But this is pretty easy. To start you add a blur to your footage, keyframed to blur at the right moment.

    Place a black clip on the layer above your footage, beginning at the moment you want it to appear. Add the barndoor wipe, set it up horizontal, and keyframe to behave as you like.

    Finally add your graphics on the next layer above. Done.

    Go to Project panel and right click on new, select black video or matt color. Drag the black video to your timeline above your video.
    you can apply transition to achieve this effect or better if u do it manually by cropping and adjusting keyframes on black video. For blur go to effects search for fast blur, apply blur to ur video and then go to effect control and keyframe the blur timing and amount.
