I am making a film that contains a scene where the actors hear a news broadcast over their car’s radio. If I previously recorded the news broadcast how, using Audition or Premiere, can I make that audio sound like it’s coming from the car’s radio?

If you go to FILTERS > PARAMETRIC EQ > OLD TIME RADIO you can accomplish this … You may have to play with the settings, but you should get it sounding really close with little effort ……. WILLIE

My favorite effect in Audition will do this. Go to Effects > Filters > Scientific Filters. Use the 250 KHz roll-off. Then compress the snot out of it.
