how can i maintain quality of exported ae file when imported and put to timeline sequence in premier?
hi, i rendered a scene from after effects as quick time (.mov) file with 960×540 frame size and 30fps settings. then, i imported it to premier cs4. then i previewed it in the source monitor (monitor on the left) and it has the same good quality. then i dragged the file in my timeline that has a customized sequence settings of 960×540 frame size, square pixels and 30fps, but as i view it in my timeline monitor (monitor on the right), it has a bad quality going down like a stretched video. i even tried to export it in the same settings in the media encoder and still it was not like the one i rendered in after effects. can someone tell me wether its my premier sequence setting is wrong or maybe my i forget to set something on the playback and project settings?
this is the preview in the source monitor (the one on the left side in premie)

as you can see, it has the same good quality preview of the scene i rendered in after effects… but….when i dragged the source file in my time line, here’s what it looks like

as you can see, the quality of the file i rendered in after effects dropped down some pixels as i go ahead with my project in my timeline. you can also see the difference by looking at the text below that gone down with blured pixels. it also adapt the bad quality as i render it out on media encoder.looking forward for someones help with my appreciation ..
