How can I import footage from a DVD?
Is it possible to import footage from a DVD onto the vegas timeline?
I have some camera footage to use that was given to me on a burnt DVD. I wish they had just given me the tapes, but anyway. I need to put this on the timeline.
Using Vegas 6.0c

Not sure whether this was in 6.0c, but it’s definitely in 6.0d, which is a free upgrade –
Place the DVD in your usual drive, then
File > Import > DVD Camcorder DiscPeter Wright
