how can I get Sony Vegas 6.0 to install with Window Vista
I tried several times to install Vegas 6.0 on my new computer that has Windows Vista on it. I don’t know what to do at this point. I search a bit on the web but came up nothing. What happens is that it goes to install but stops almost at the end and say that it has stopped instally prematurely. I have Vegas 5.0 to and it does the same thing. Does anyone know where I can download a instal patch or something. I didn’t find any thing on the Sony site and I need to finish editing my movie like pronto. Any help will be much apprecited. Thanks.

Sorry but Vegas wasn’t Vista certified until version 8.
If you still have a copy of XP, install that as a dual-boot system.
Next time, keep in mind the rule of never upgrading anything in the middle of a project.
