How can I get broadcast legal sound and picture for a national commercial without going to a post facility?
I’m cutting a commercial and usually we have a post house handle all the final mix, deliveries to tape etc. This is a special case and the network is requesting a file delivery. Is there an audio filter to make sure my peaks average out to the legal level? Is there a broadcast safe picture filter that I can rely on so it doesn’t get bounced? If Premiere doesn’t have good enough audio filters or picture filters, outside of ProTools or another pro audio program, is there something else I could use that’s fairly straight forward?
