How can I convert each field to a frame in FCP or Shake 4?

I think Joes filters has this as a plugin. Read about it at his site, downloaded the demo but not played with it yet.

Hi,
Your quetion is not very clear for me. What do you want to get a (ie) from a NTSC (6oi) a 60p? you can do it with FC. But if you got SHAKE you can do it better. In the “file-in’ node open the “timing” tab and select “Convert”. Them choose the format of your clip and the frame-rate of the out-put you want.
