use the eyedropper on the current shirt, then change the color to the desired color.

Depends on how solid that shirt color is and how different the color is from everything else in the video. You can try this, though:

Add a secondary color correction effect. Now click the eyedropper beside the “Select Effect Range”. You may need to adjust the various saturation, hue, and luminance settings to get the entire color range of the shirt. Then, on the color wheel, move it to the color you want the shirt to be.
