how are these backgrounds created
Are there any tutorials that teach this anywhere as I can’t find the exact vector image that I want and need to create it in Illustrator or reg Phototshop. Looking at the lighting style and the backgrounds.

yeah the last two are created using the custom shape tool found in cs3 from what i know.
