  hooking a camera to an HD and G4

  I have to do some capturing on location and I only have FW400 drives. I have a G4 powerbook and and HVX200. Since there is only one FW400 connector, can I run the camera though the HD into the G4? Or will that cause problems. I am going to be logging tape.

  G5, 1.7, 4MB RAM, 30″cine, G4, 1.6 2MB RAM, Mbox, Neumann TLM-103, FCP HD 5. Pro Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Reason 3.0, Macromedia Studio, ProAnimator, HVX200 with Firestore v4.0
