    Yes TOM(form now onward – No formality :D), I have practiced a lot using their Green screen and Tacking plates. The best thing is that it’s for FREE and that too in HD.

    Thier Master DVD’s are of great help to understand how things work.

    —- very useful — this is on my list of ‘things to test’ – done loads of this in Flint but not AE as yet — I imagine its pretty straight-forward but practice is important in case I’m short of time on a real job sometime…

    Vishesh, I went thru their 5 DVD series about staging, blocking and camerawork 3 years ago when I gave Steadicam a shot. It was great to understand how the directors of such fine shows like Law & Order and MASH did such nice work.
