Holding OPTION key turns on snapping??
Just recently updated FCP to 6.0.2. When I edit and want to offset audio from video (or vice versa), I generally hold down the OPTION key while adjusting the length of the video or audio tracks of a linked clip on the timeline. All of a sudden, however, holding OPTION turns on snapping, and I’m having to run it off constantly now!!! I never experienced this in FCP 6 or 6.0.1. WHAT happened here!?!? A glitch!?! This snapping issue is becoming increasingly annoying!

Yes, it is rather annoying.
I’ve noticed that its on when you don’t need it and off when you do. Meaning, when I drop a clip onto my timeline, snapping is off. If I look at my toolbar at the top of my sequence window, it shows that snapping is on. Now, if I need to shift a clip up or down the timeline, its on.
Wow…. it sure is giving me a headache.
