Hurrah for my first post 😉

    Now, down to business….

Doing some editing in Premiere, and have used it for a long while, but one thing I have never figured out is how to hold the last/first frame of a clip.

At the moment, I cut out the last frame of the clip and duplicate it or stretch it across the timeline, but is there a function to do this automatically and maintain 1 clip/item in the timeline?

The frame hold option [when right click on a clip] mearly holds the specified frame for the duration of the clip…

Any help would be much appreciated….

    Cheers,

    TBK

There is no way to do it with one copy of the clip. Rather than export the clip and use a still, you can put another instance of the clip after the first one, and set it to hold on the last frame. Adjust the duration by adjusting the head, not the tail.
