November 17, 2008 at 4:40 pmI’ve heard that the AVCCAM hmc 150 will either not work properly on a mac or will not work properly with Adobe Premiere CS3 on a mac. I’ve got a 3.06 Ghz processor and 4 Gb of Ram. I should be able to handle anything. We are a church, and project our own videos on a non HD projector, with HD Lcd screens on the side. Should I absolutely use HD? I’m okay with a DVX100b but i need 16:9.

November 18, 2008 at 2:28 pmI’m also using Premiere Pro CS3 on my Mac. According to Adobe, AVCHD is not native to CS3. would it be more beneficial to upgrade to CS4, or download one of the third-party plug-ins adobe recommends, or should I just use iMovie8 to convert AVCHD?
