highlighting people and making backgrounds dark
Posted by Jaymes Romero on August 28, 2012 at 7:45 amso in street fighter 4 theres an effect that happens where the fighters are still bright but the background darkens, is there a way to create this effect in vegas without a green screen? the only way i can think of is an extreme amount of masking

The Secondary Color Corrector can be used to achieve that effect
easily. BUT, its not easy if you dont know how to use this filter
properly. So do some reading and browsing and practice on
Vegas secondary color corrector and you are good to go.Steve Rhoden

August 28, 2012 at 6:50 pmfunny enough i used that tutorial already, however i think the problem im having right now is that i can only do one color at a time and it ends up making that sin city effect and when i add more copies of the plug in, it ends up conflicting
