  Highest quality on JVC GY-HD110U?

  What is the highest possible quality of footage using the JVC GY-HD110U? Is it 1080I, 24P or is it something else? And what exactly is the cine or cine-like setting? Should I have this on or off for higher quality? I have no idea what it does. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
